Marchenko Partners Advises WNISEF on Implementing Impact Investing Program

Marchenko Partners acts as a legal counsel to Western NIS Enterprise Fund in connection with the Impact Investing Program. The program was initiated in 2016 by WNISEF in partnership with Oschadbank and Kredobank. It allows social enterprises (businesses that implement social or environmental programs or resolve certain social issues) to get access to Hryvnia-denominated low-interest loans.

Over the last 3 years, our lawyers not only helped WNISEF to launch the Impact Investing Program but also advised on each of 19 loans granted within the program to the social enterprises from all over Ukraine.

Our project team on this matter consists of Partner Roman Shulyar, Associate Bogdan Burlaka, and Junior Associate Oleksandr Pozniakov.
